以人为本---惠州韬略安亲班成立
At Strategic Sports, caring for our employees and their
families has always been among our core values. For many years, free childcare
services at our Basecamp facilities have provided a nurturing environment for
the children of our team members. Many of those children, who first joined us
as curious kindergarteners, have grown into accomplished adults—some even
finding their professional home at Strategic Sports.
在韬略，关心员工及其家人一直是我们的核心价值观之一。多年以前，我们的韬略东莞总部提供免费托儿服务（安亲班），为我们员工的孩子提供了一个良好的学习、生活和成长的环境。这些孩子中有许多刚加入我们时还是好奇的幼儿园孩子，现在已经成长为有成就的成年人，有些甚至在韬略找到了自己的理想职业。
When our Huizhou factory came online in 2021, it was during
the challenging Covid-19 lockdown years. Childcare services were not an
immediate priority as families worked to keep their children safe at home.
However, as the world began to stabilize, employees started asking: Why doesn't Huizhou have childcare like
Basecamp?
当我们的惠州工厂于2021年投产时，正处于具有挑战性的新冠疫情的封锁时期。托儿服务并不是当务之急，因为每个家庭都在家里努力保护孩子安全。然而，随着世界开始稳定，员工们就开始问：为什么惠州韬略没有像东莞总部那样的安亲班？
Recently we addressed that question with the official
opening of our childcare center at Huizhou. Managing Director Norman Cheng
personally toured the facility, watching as children explored their new
learning spaces and shared a meal together. The moment was made even more
special when a mother arrived to drop off her daughter. The little girl skipped
joyfully into the center, obviously delighted.
最近，我们在惠州韬略的托儿中心（安亲班）正式开业，我们解决了惠州韬略员工的疑问。执行董事长郑董亲自参观了安亲班，并来回提问孩子们不断地探索新的学习、成长和就餐的环境；这时一位妈妈送女儿过来，这一刻变得更加特别，小女孩直接高兴地跳到其它小孩中间，显然异常兴奋。
Norman Cheng took a moment to speak with the mother and
asked what her plans were for the day. She smiled and replied, “Chores and then
cooking—I worked all day, you know.” Her trust in Strategic Sports to care for
her child was a powerful testament to the company’s commitment to its people.
郑董花了一点时间和这位母亲交谈，问她当天的计划是什么。她笑着回答说：“做家务，然后做饭——你知道，我工作一整天了。”她相信公司的安亲班能够照顾好自己的孩子，这有充分地证明了公司对员工的承诺。
Our childcare instructors, many of whom have been with
Strategic Sports for years, are dedicated to creating a safe and enriching
environment for these children. Their role extends beyond supervision—they’re
preparing the next generation for school and life.
我们的安亲班老师，其中许多人已经在韬略工作多年，致力于为这些孩子创造一个安全和舒适的环境。他们的角色超越了监督——他们正在为下一代的学习和生活做准备。
This new chapter at Huizhou reflects Cheng’s steadfast
belief that at Strategic Sports, putting
people first is the cornerstone of success. By supporting our employees and
their families, we’re investing in the future—not just of our company, but of
the communities we proudly call home.
